Final project for Beginning Painting: a still life in oil paint. Objects I set up on my table were a math book, a miniature skull, three bracelets, a necklace, a small clock, an omnibus volume of xxxHolic, an omnibus volume of CLOVER, and my stuffed toy Kero from Card Captor Sakura.

2-D Design Midterm Projects

Goal: create two different art pieces featuring a composition of the same geometric shapes, but with distinctly different approaches of stippling and cross-hatching. This could include subtracting or adding to your shapes. In this, the circle and middle thin triangle in the composition were combined to create something like a shattering tree.
